报告内容摘要：
严俊博士的主要研究方向为小鼠模型、表观遗传、肿瘤复发和转移、肿瘤微环境。其实验室的使命是利用当代分子细胞生物学、生物化学、组学、生物信息学、小鼠模型体内和临床病例分析的不同手段来剖析肿瘤发生发展过程中异变的重要表观遗传因子的功能、前期临床评估耐药治疗的方案和找寻重要尿路上皮干性细胞和它们对于尿路上皮肿瘤起始细胞的分子关联。本次报告将介绍其相关工作。
